pH balance in the body is complex, all the various fluids have their own pH balance.
Blood and other fluids even tissues have their own measurements. First....let's look at what exactly ph (pH)even means.... pH balance of any fluid is the measure of the hydrogen ion (H-) concentration... SAY AGAIN? ...meaning... ...pH (ph) = Potential Hydrogen...
Measuring the amount of hydroxyl ions (OH-) that are alkaline forming, opposed to the (H+) hydrogen ions that are positive, acid forming.M.D’s have a term called....acidosis ...which has been proven to proliferate cancer... ...cancer can not survive in an alkaline environment but does in an acidic one!

Neutral pH = 7.0 Acidic = 2.5 - 6.5 Alkaline = 7.5 - 11.5
Note: Skin has a slightly acidic pH balance of 6.0... ...expensive toners are nothing more than 6-6.5 pH balanced water & perhaps some added scent. A slightly acidic skin pH helps to ward off microbes, critters and bacteria on it's surface. Blood pH is usually between 7.35-7.45...
...if it's too acidic the body will leach calcium from the bones to maintain the ph balance in the body and the blood’s neutral pH balance. The body is an intelligent, highly functioning organism and will maintain homeostasis (maintaining it’s normal state). When it fails sickness and disease set in. (exactly) Refined salt is full of chemicals...use Celtic Sea Salt or Pink Himalayan Salt, full of natural minerals...helping create an alkaline pH balance in the body.
