Salt Water Flush
Salt Water Flush is an internal, cleansing, salt water bath. It is necessary to clean the gastrointestinal tract while cleansing and detoxing. The sea salt flush will cleanse the entire GI tract while enemas and a colonic will not. This flush is not harmful. Take a
laxitive tea
at night to loosen fecal matter and then take the salt water in the morning to wash it out.
SEA SALT FLUSH DIRECTIONS 1 Full Quart of warm water 1 Teaspoon of un-iodized sea salt DO NOT USE ORDINARY IODIZED SALT IT WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY Mix the sea salt into the water and drink the entire quart first thing in the morning. Be sure to drink salt water on an empty stomach.
The salt water should move through gastrointestinal tract in about an hour. The sea salt flush is the same specific gravity as your blood so the salt and water will not be "separated"; therefore, the Kidney's will not be able to filter it, nor will the blood "pick it up". It will go straight through your system, washing your digestive tract and cleansing your colon. Drink this flush at least once per day and as needed. Remember, you must have a minimum of three bowl movements per day, while cleansing, and should normally. The various bowel movements produced from a flush count as one! If for some reason you can not take the salt water make sure you are taking the laxative teas morning and night. If you do not have a bowel movement after 24 hours give yourself an enema or see a professional hydro-therapist for a colonic.
